Brew U. IV
The "Baron of Brew" invites all to join him for the Fourth East
Kingdom Brewers' Collegium at the rustic Blue Mountain Trail Lodge, 435 Welcher Ave.,
Peekskill, NY on Dec. 13-15. Class topics will include "Comparison Between Period and
Modern Brewing Techniques", "Traps and Pitfalls in Reproducing Period Recipes",
"Inter-relation between Food and Beverages", and more. All brewers are asked to bring
copies of some of their own recipes for inclusion into the First East Kingdom Brewers'

sampling; therefore, we urge all participants to plan on staying over night for safety
reasons.
Special dietary considerations must be requested in writing with your

the chef, Lady Morgaine, can contact you.
