Here is your chance to talk with the candidates for Viceroy and Vicereine. Meetings are scheduled throughout the province, but anyone can come to any of the meetings.All are scheduled for 8-10pm.

From East: Best route to LIE/495 west, take Queens Blvd exit, off-ramp feeds directly onto westbound Queens Blvd. Stay in the slow/right lanes. Pass Queens Center mall, go 2 or 3 more blocks, diner visible on right. Turn right onto 55th Ave and pass diner for parking lot.
From South: Best route to BQE/278 east, to Queens Blvd exit. Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp, onto 65 Place, go one very short block, turn right onto Queens Blvd. I'm not sure if you can make a left turn onto 55th Ave.(past Grand Ave./Broadway), but the diner is on the left from this direction. Queens Blvd has no-turn intersections, so it might be best to make three right turns and go across at 55th Ave.
From North: Best route to Grand Central Parkway. If coming from Throgs Neck (Clearview) or Whitestone (Van Wyck/678) Bridges, take Grand Central Westbound. If coming from Triboro Bridge, take GCP east. Go to LIE/495 junction, take 495 west toward Manhattan, then take the Queens Blvd. exit (this is close to the GCP junction!), follow directions as above ("from East"). (There used to be a quicker way, but the Roosevelt Ave. exit from the BQE is closed and I'm not sure there is a southbound exit for Queens Blvd.)
From Manhattan/west: Best route to Queens Blvd. Stay on Queens Blvd. to 55th Ave. as above.
Take best express route (7 train express DOES NOT stop here) to Roosevelt Ave. station (from west) or Forest Hills/71 Ave. (from east), transfer to local G, R, or V train, go to Grand Ave./Newtown station. When you exit, you'll be near an intersection which is called Broadway on one side and Grand Avenue on the other. If you're standing so that Broadway is on your LEFT, you're facing the correct way to walk up Queens Blvd (two long blocks) toward the diner, which is also on your left.

From midtown, take the M50 or M27 bus eastbound on 50th Street to 2nd Ave and 50th Street, walk one block east to First Avenue, turn left and go one block south to 49th Street.
By subway: take best route to E or V train to Lexington Avenue/53st street station. Walk east on 53rd Street to First Avenue, turn left to 49th Street. Or take 6 train to 51 Street/Lexington Avenue station, walk east on 51st Street to First Avenue, turn left to 49th Street.
From Grand Central Terminal: take M42 or M104 bus eastbound to 42nd Street and First Avenue. Walk north on First Avenue to 49th Street.
at Lion's End Commons, at the Levittown Public Library.
Take Northern State Parkway to Exit 33, Wantagh State Parkway south or Southern State Parkway to Exit 27, Wantagh State Parkway north. Exit at Levittown-Hempstead turnpike (24), Exit W3E. Turn right (east) onto Hempstead Turnpike. Pass Dalton Funeral Home on your right. At the next corner turn right. This is Shelter Lane. The main entrance is one block south on Library Lane, but use the entrance to the meeting room, on Bluegrass Lane (which is the second intersecting street).
And also a possible meeting on Staten Island on April 18, and a second Manhattan meeting at the Beekman Hotel on April 20. These last dates are still to be confirmed.
