7th Annual East Kingdom Brewers' Collegium

Baron Sean de Londres, the new Guildmaster of the Brewers' Guild of The
East, invites all who hunger and thirst for knowledge about the ancient and
noble arts of Brewing, Vintning and Cordial Making to join him for the 7th
East Kingdom Brewers Collegium at the rustic Blue Mountain Trail Lodge
located at 435 Welcher Ave., Peekskill, NY on December 10 - 12.
Class topics will include ale, lager, mead, wine and cordial making.
Special attention will be paid to redactions of period recipes. There will
also be a class on judging, using the new East Kingdom Judging Sheets.
Your chef for the event is Lady Ilia Scott de Londres. Special dietary
considerations must be requested in writing with your reservation by Nov.
20; please include your day and evening telephone numbers, as our chef may
wish to confer with you.
The site opens at 6PM Friday evening and closes Sunday at 1PM. The cost
for this weekend is $23. Please make checks payable to SCA, Inc.-Northpass
and send it with a SASE for confirmation to the troll, Ken Slahor, 50 Tenth

The event is limited to 45 participants with reservations encouraged as
this event usually sells out quickly. The first 30 folk have a choice of
bunks; 10 additional have crash space.

Route 35 to Route 202, to Bear Mountain Ext., to Route 9 South, to
Peekskill's Welcher Avenue exit. At light, make left, go under Route 9
and up hill. Straight into Park, bearing left around the guardhouse.
From Southern Westchester and Points South (NYC):

Best route to
Saw Mill River Pkwy North, to Taconic State Pkwy, to Route 9A North, to
Route 9 North, to Welcher Ave. exit. Make a right, go up hill and into Park.
Bear left after guard booth to Lodge.
