Celtic Silliness

19 March, 2005

Once again it is time for the Crown Province of Østgarðr to host the annual Celtic Silliness Tourney. The site is the same as in prior years, the Unitarian Fellowship of Huntington,109 Browns Road, Huntington, NY. There will be a silly melee as well as other heavy weapon and archery competitions. The Østgarðrian Heavy Weapons Champion will be selected as well.

The site opens at 10AM. Armor inspection begins at 11AM and the tourney will commence at noon.

For those gentles who pursue gentler pastimes there will be merchants. All merchants are limited to a single table and must preregister by mail with the autocrat. There is also room for gaming and dancing as time permits.

The feast, cooked by Baron Ian of Clan Mitchell, will be served at 6PM.

All gentles on site after 10PM have volunteered for the clean up crew.

Fees:

The site is now more expensive for us to use than in previous years, so the fee has gone up.
