Huntington Renaissance Faire
Huntington Renaissance Faire
May 27-28, 2000
The Crown Province of Østgarðr will once again participate in
the annual Huntington Renaissance Faire, at the Unitarian
Fellowship of Huntington, 109 Browns Rd., Huntington NY on March 18,
2000.
All fighters and
artisans will be most heartily welcomed. Those who plan to attend as
performers (fighters,fencers,artisans) and helpers can get into the
Faire without paying the usual entrance fee, but you have to be there
about an hour before the official opening time.

Directions:
- By car:
Take your best route to Route 110 North (off both the L.I.E. and
the Grand Central Parkway). Go North on Route 110 through Huntington
Station to its intersectionwith Mill Dam Road (it's a traffic light with a
large boulder on the island on the left. Jeff's Seafood is on the right).
Make a left at this intersection. Proceed to a T-intersection (West
Shore Road). Make a right, keeping the water on your right continue
along West Shore Road. As the road veers away from the water it becomes
Browns Road. Follow the road up the hill. The site is 1/2 mile on the
right.

- By train:
Take the Long Island Railroad, Port Jefferson Branch to
Huntington Station, and take a cab to the site (Approx. $5 fare), or
pre-arrange pickup. The last train home is 11:00 pm.
