Østgardr Mailing List

We maintain a database of people in Østgardr, both for subscriptions to the Provincial monthly newsletter, the Seahorse, and for the People of Ostgardr Web page. Whether you are already in our database and want to update your information, you're a newcomer to Østgardr and would like a sample issue of the Seahorse, or whatever, please take a moment to fill out the following form.

Please read! We've decided to post personal information on the web page only after we have individual permission to do so. For each piece of information you give us (name, phone number, address, etc., you may choose one of three publishing options:

No: I'll add your information to my database at home, and send you the Seahorse if you've requested it, but the information will not be printed in the Seahorse or on the Web page.
Newsletter only: As above, except that if your name is mentioned as a contact person in the Seahorse (e.g. you're running an event or hosting a meeting), I'll consider myself free to include this information as well in the printed Seahorse. The information will still not be available on the Web page.
Newsletter and Web page: As above, but the information will also be made available to anybody (in the world!) who visits the Web page.

In any case, your personal information will not be sold, nor will it be given to anyone except for Østgarðr-specific purposes.
