Provincial Champions of Østgarðr
Every year since 1975, Østgarðr has held a tournament whose winner bears the title of Provincial Champion for the next year (and gets to crown his consort Queen of Love and Beauty. We haven't had any female champions yet....) Previous Provincial Champions are not permitted to enter the tourney.
